You can cancel a subscription at any time on the billing page in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund unused time in that period, unless the law requires a refund.

If we take the wrong amount, take a payment twice, or take a payment after a valid cancellation, email [email protected]. Use the email address on the account, and include the date and the amount. We will refund the payment that should not have been taken.

StockedUp is sold to businesses. The 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is for individuals buying mainly for personal use. It does not apply when you buy for a business. If you are buying as a consumer, email us. The rights the law gives you still apply.
