• Getting the Android app

  StockedUp is being tested on Google Play with a small group of venues. Join early access and we’ll send you the link.

• I forgot my password

  If you use email and password, tap “Forgot password?” for a reset link. If you use Google, choose “Continue with Google” instead.

• Voice counting cannot hear me

  Check that StockedUp has microphone permission in your Android settings and that you have a data connection. You can still count by tapping if voice is unavailable.

  How voice stocktaking works

• Counting without signal

  Tap counting works offline and syncs when your phone is online again. Voice counting needs a data connection.

• Plans, billing and invoices

  Paid plans open on this website soon. Your 30-day free trial needs no card. Email us with any billing question.

• Add or remove staff

  In the app, go to Settings → People. Invite staff by email as a manager or bar manager, or revoke their access.

• Delete my account

  Delete it in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by email.

  How to delete your account

• Is there an iPhone app?

  Not yet. StockedUp is Android-only for now, so everyone counting needs an Android phone.
