No. Your 30 days with Team features start when you set up your venue, and nothing is charged when they end.

Your data is kept and you can still view it. Counting and editing pause until you choose a plan.

Per venue. One owner pays for each venue, and the plan includes logins for your staff: 2 on Core (you + 1 staff member), 5 on Team (you + 4 staff members). Staff never pay.

One person who can sign in to the venue, including you. Pending invites count too. Core has 2 (you + 1 staff member); Team has 5 (you + 4 staff members).

Yes. Once you’re on a paid plan, open Manage billing in your account to switch between Core and Team. Moving up to Team happens straight away and you pay the difference; moving down to Core takes effect at your next renewal.

Each venue will have its own plan, paid by its owner. When paid plans open, every additional venue will get 15% off.

Yes. The free trial needs no card, so there’s nothing to cancel. Once you’re on a paid plan, cancel any time from Manage billing in your account; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

It is kept. When your paid period ends you can still view it, and counting and editing pause until you choose a plan again. If you want it removed, you can delete your account.

Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, payment will be handled on this website by Stripe; you will never pay inside the app.

Yes. Once you’re on a paid plan, open Manage billing in your account to download receipts and invoices. We are not VAT registered, so they are not VAT invoices.
